Shane spent 4 and a half years developing, growing and leading a multi-award winning property management team for the largest real estate brand in Australasia, before taking a leap of faith and establishing Landlords Collective.
While rubbing shoulders with some well accomplished property investors, Shane took advantage of the free flowing advice and began growing a personal property investment portfolio. "When you understand the game, it becomes fun, not stressful".
Shane's easy going nature makes him well suited for the sometimes stressful business of property management...or as a crew member on any fishing trip.

Jake’s been busy working in the property industry since finishing a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Valuation and Property Management back in 2011. He’s a Registered Valuer, and in recent years spent time working between London and New Zealand as a property consultant.
Having worked on wide range of property related projects, he’s our go to technical guy for all those ‘head scratcher’ moments. He’s got an eye for detail and a passion for improving the performance of our clients portfolios.
A typical kiwi lad, who enjoys the outdoors and is a self-professed ‘roaming gypsy’ at heart with a passion for travelling and exploring.

Our resident guru on all things property management and the friendly smile of our team. MK is our front line property manager, delivering on all the daily tasks of the company and is our tenant liaison.
She’s been busy working in the property management sector for the past 4 and a half years and over that time has created long lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.
MK goes above and beyond for our clients but when she’s not busy with The Landlords Collective, she’ll be found spending some well deserved downtime with her two beautiful kids, partner and two dogs; with camera in hand at all times ready to capture those special moments.
