Our Story

We’re here to make sure you benefit from our know-how

The Landlords Collective was founded in the Bay of Plenty in 2020. As landlords ourselves, we wanted to offer the quality of service we thought was missing in the property market. As a result we offer an unmatched customer experience for both landlords and tenants.

Well established locally, we have a clear ambition to expand our service offering throughout the rest of the country. We strive to cement a reputation for delivering property services of the highest standard in both the residential and commercial sectors.

We make management easy!

We’re the people behind Landlords Collective who make it happen; let us do the hard work. Our clients can rely on experience based advice and practical guidance from their dedicated property manager.

We save our clients time so they can spend it doing what they love

For Landlords

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and communication ensuring your property is managed as if it was our own. Our rental appraisals are backed by market data, giving you a more accurate insight into what your property is worth.

For Tenants

In addition to our landlords, our tenants are our valued clients. Our business would not be possible without them. Every tenant is treated with respect ensuring issues are resolved promptly and they feel ‘at home’.

For Referral Partners

Looking for a property manager to join your team? Partnering with us will ensure that your network will be treated with the utmost care with effective communication to you and your client. Bonus - we also offer referral incentives and discounts.

Our Cause

We support hundreds of everyday people by managing their tenancies to provide safe, warm, and comfortable housing. We felt it was important to extend that same support through our chosen charity.

For every property under management we proudly gift a ‘Safe Night’ annually through the Women’s Refuge Safe Night charity. An essential charity that provides over 200 victims of family violence every night with a safe place to escape to. Learn more about the Safe Night charity at safenight.nz.
